Should Hills Heat not be able to fulfil the order for any reason we will contact the customer prior to make alternative arrangements. Should the delivery be rejected on arrival, the delivery fee charge will still apply, once firewood is tipped no refund is available. Whilst all efforts are made to deliver firewood to customers desired location this will be at the sole discretion of the delivery driver and firewood will be tipped to how they see is the safest option. Company protocol forbids any personal from entering the tipper body and all firewood must be tipped out.
