Our depot in Meadows is conveniently located to provide an affordable and prompt delivery service that ranges much further than just the Adelaide hills. We pride ourselves on being able to service all areas that are within a 40-minute radius from our depot. Our experienced team endeavours to place your firewood in a convenient and safe location for you the customer. Our fleet of vehicles can ensure delivery wait times are kept to a minimum, so your fire won’t run out of fuel.

Delivery Common Questions

No, we have a system of getting you the customer to leave an object in your desired location for your delivery normally a (yellow recycling bin) and our team will do the rest. Even leave a tarp out and we will cover your firewood.
We have wireless eftpos terminals in our vehicles, we can make payments over the phone and do take cash.
If you are looking for a larger delivery than 2 tonnes, please give us a call, we have multiple options in larger deliveries.
Our customers reserve the right to cancel delivery within 2 hours from order with full refund. If load isn’t cancelled within this time frame or load is rejected upon arriving at location the delivery fee will apply. If firewood is tipped, no refund is available.
All our delivery vehicles are tippers, all firewood must be tipped out. All personnel are forbidden to climb into the tipper tray. To see the measurement heights of our vehicles please scroll down to see our vehicle dimensions.

Delivery Disclaimer
Should Hills Heat not be able to fulfil the order for any reason we will contact the customer prior to make alternative arrangements. Should the delivery be rejected on arrival, the delivery fee charge will still apply, once firewood is tipped no refund is available. Whilst all efforts are made to deliver firewood to customers desired location this will be at the sole discretion of the delivery driver and firewood will be tipped to how they see is the safest option. Company protocol forbids any personal from entering the tipper body and all firewood must be tipped out.
